The international group Antalis has acquired 100% of the capital of the Modena-based company Tecnoprimaf, specialized in the design and production of industrial packaging solutions.

The international group Antalis has acquired 100% of the capital of the Modena-based company Tecnoprimaf, specialized in the design and production of industrial packaging solutions. With a consolidated turnover of 26 million euros in 2023 and 80 employees, Tecnoprimaf operates in 5 sites in Modena. The sellers, the Amadori family, will maintain key roles in the project's dynamics. Thanks to this acquisition, Antalis becomes a leader in tailored packaging solutions for the Italian market, while Tecnoprimaf enters an international entrepreneurial context.
