The international group Antalis has acquired 100% of the capital of the Modena-based company Tecnoprimaf, specialized in the design and production of industrial packaging solutions. With a consolidated turnover of 26 million euros in 2023 and 80 employees, Tecnoprimaf operates in 5 sites in Modena. The sellers, the Amadori family, will maintain key roles in the project's dynamics. Thanks to this acquisition, Antalis becomes a leader in tailored packaging solutions for the Italian market, while Tecnoprimaf enters an international entrepreneurial context. During the years, the company has gradually specialized in the production and sales of the following product lines:
